Tony Eldon President and founder.
Tony dreamed up EarQ in response to his own concerns about how he heard music while tracking and mixing music in the studio. He also felt the concern many musicians feel after years of playing his guitar TOO DAMN LOUD. Tony began his search for understanding and solutions to hearing loss for audio pros and musicians 3 years ago, talking with every engineer, player, mixer and scientist he could collar. The result was the genesis of EarQ. Today's incarnation and innovation includes the suggested EQ algorithms.
Tony's been many things to many people, but in former lives he has been: A Stanford Grad, a screamingly awesome fusion guitar player, a plumber, a contractor, an audio scientist. Probe his mind on the EarQ message boards Tony checks in at least once a day and will answer every post.

Bill Thompson VP, Product Development
Bill comes to EarQ from the audio world where he worked all over the San Francisco Bay Area as a recording engineer and FOH mixer for touring rock/blues and gospel bands. Bill also spent a number of years in the corporate maw of Internet audio Mecca-sites, Winamp.com and Spinner.com where he communicated daily to the masses as El Presidente for life of their online communities and the Customer Support and Feedback manager for both brands. Bill has at various times in his life, been a: mediocre guitar player, non-mediocre recording engineer/producer, logger, barkeep, one of those guys who gets driven around in a golf cart at concerts and gets to play with all the leetle knobs and switches, novelist, corporate drone and general lay about. Talk to Bill in the forums or drop him a line direct. He likes to yack.
Anita Casalina VP, Communications and Beauty
Anita takes care of art direction, product wonderfulness and beauty, advertising, marketing and general communications. Whew! EarQ would be a drab, lonely place without her skills and guidance. Anita spent more years than she'd like to remember as a videographer, film producer and consultant.
David Schwartz, Member of Advisory board
David was the founder of Mix Magazine and the publisher for 18 years. David's contribution as a media advisor and consultant are beyond measure. We are thrilled that David is on board with Ear Q.
Arnie, Office Security Manager/Customer service
Long time record producer and staff studio musician at MadMan Studios in Berkeley, CA, Arnold "Arnie" Thompson handles all customer service/feedback. Arnie is famous for lending his patted tummy to a sample that became a kick drum on countless mid to late Eighties dance remixes. Enjoying his retirement, Arnie is no longer available for session work. However he has graciously agreed to keep our office and customer network in order.
